Currently, I am working on a green energy project. We use solar as renewable energy, that powers small equipment. Actually, we plan to use timing sun tracker instead of solar lighting.
How to set up a timer for the motor to track the sun?
Any help would be thanks in advance
You need to go the previous year data of solar radiation for the same location and same month then accordingly you can make a simulation.

Your best bet is to measure the sun intensity and log the data. Use a fontonic sensor which measures the sun radiation in any given moment and compute this to your data logging. Then you can act on the data as you wish. timing the sun "tracker" will be very difficult,complicated,indirect and nor trustworthy as you never know exactly what hour or time map you should follow as you can have sun shading from clouds,etc.

In my opinion, using a light detector module that can adjust the amount of light output to suit the environment is far better than a time light detector. Because if the base is time after the light is on, the light will be lit at its full power, while if it can adjust its light to suit the environment, it will save considerable energy.
