Micro porous plates or disc are mostly manufactured through powder sintering process. Also, I would like to know the possibilities of fabricating porous alloy plates. Can Any one suggest the possible ways to manufacture the discs?

Conventional sintering is the best solution from my point of view. Nevertheless, I would suggest additive manufacturing via Selective Laser Melting if you need to arrange a certain specific inner porosity distribution: in this case, you would get it by layer by layer fabrication.
