During the continuous operation of the engine, heat generated from the combustion chamber will transfer to the injector body. If this happens so, does the heat addition to the injection fuel alters the velocity of the fuel? If yes, How can it be determined? does the heat addition will only results in phase change?

I think it is possible to increase fuel velocity in the liquid phase. because usually, heat transfer decreases Kinematic viscosity in a liquid phase. in the gas phase usually, heat transfer increases Kinematic viscosity. If your fuel is a liquid, with heat transfer and constant injection presser, injection velocity has increased and in gas phase it is reverse.
Also, if your phase is mixer you can use the weighted average.

Thank you for your suggestions. In this case, I am considering Liquid fuels only. The injection pressure of the system is constant, and the liquid is fuel, during the continuous operation, as you have suggested there would be change in kinematic viscosity due to the heat addition. Consider single liquid, and if so, can you suggest me any possible way to determine the change in injection velocity of the fuel?

I am not an expert in fuel and combustion but it seems your chooses between CFD simulation or experimental or mathematical is CFD simulation. because of geometric complicating and cost of an experimental method, it is likely your method is CFD simulation. I suggest star ccm+ or comsol for them solvers and material libraries.
