How does PDMS react in Aqua Regia.?

Hello all,

I want to clean gold particles from a PDMS surface.... Can I use Aqua Regia for this.? It can dissolve the gold particle, But I am worried about the PDMS.? How will it will react with the PDMS.....

Please suggest me in above regard.. thank you

Thanks @krishna for your response. It's not functionalized Gold .. just Pure Gold only.

Could you please recommend me some other way to clean these particle.?
