I am working in a gelatin production plant and we want to eliminate the clostridium. Please inform me about the most effective process or method or disinfectant against the clostridium.
For surface disinfection ( including walls, floor and ceiling) you can use peracetic acid, it is effective against sporulating bacteria like clostridium.
