I doped polycrystalline LiTaO3 with Ti (10,15,20 mol%) and I measured its electrical properties, density and pyroelectric properties. Though I poled it at 150 degrees, therefore, I did not get any pyroelectric response, which is due to the presence of internal electric field of grains along with defect clusters. However, I want to understand the change in the lattice structure of LiTaO3. The lattice parameter change have been recorded after refinement. What is the physical significance of it? How is it affecting the crystal structure?
