Hello, I am going to treat the mouse heart with a drug.

I know that there is a method that typically uses the langendorff system to treat the heart.

Without using the langendorff system, does the drug work enough even if I just cut the mouse heart whole or cut it into small pieces and put it on a dish, and then treat the material on the dish?

The part I want to use is the atrium of the heart, and I am wondering if it works enough to the atrium even if I just treat the dish with drugs.
