I need to synthetize a peptide for antibody production, since I had a hard time to purify one very stubborn protein.
Please, help me to figure out the right strategy how synthesize a peptide from the scratch?

It will save you a lot of time, effort, and probably money to have the peptide synthesized by a company that specializes in custom peptide synthesis. There are many such companies, so you can shop around for a good price.
If you do not have a petide synthesizer, it is the best to do as Dr Adam B Shapiro suggested, especially for long peptide.
If you still want to do yourslef, at least write down the sequence of the peptide.
