If you have acquired your data using a Bruker instrument and their sequences - which store the two as separate fids in a pseudo-2D data set - you may find it easiest to first split the data using any of splitser or splitstd au programs in Topspin first. These will then give you individual 1D fids which you can process as you wish.

Topspin works. You can also use iNMR to split the  pseudo2D data:

Open pseudo 2D STD data,  Edit > Metadata, and change the f1 to:

nucleus: 0-.

Frequency:1

Spectral width: 2

Reload with File > Reload.

Create an horizontal mark with option+click. Select FID by moving  the towards the top or the bottom. Use File > Extract to extract the selected row.

Now process it as a normal 1-D spectrum.
