I was wondering for those out there how you currently perform protein viscosity measurements (or antibodies)? What do you use the viscosity measurements for/why do you care about the viscosity? And finally what do you like about the systems you use and what do you not like about them?
Microrheology is often employed within a DLS experiment as the amount of material available is often small.

Further to Alan's suggestion of using DLS, instruments like the Malvern Viscosizer use Taylor Dispersion to measure protein size and dynamics, as well as Poiseuille flow to measure relative viscosity. The Viscosizer again uses very low sample volumes.
