anyways when it comes to manual method, we can chose Biuret titration mathod by using, NaOH std solution 0.0227N ,phenolphthalein indicator and deionized water along with buret with stand and calibrated ehrlynmeyar flask.
then do titration.Use pH meter and the end point is 8.3.
