We use TLCK as a trypsin inhibitor in our experiments. We store it in -20C as recommended by the label. The reagent comes in a white powdered form when it is new but after repeated usage and over time it changes into a liquid form seemingly "melting". Does anyone (especially who has experience in handling TLCK) know hot to prevent or minimize this? Thank you.
