I am regenerating transformed rice calli on MS-medium. Before this, all stages were grown in the dark. But after keeping them in light for regeneration, a lot of condensation has formed on the lid of the petriplates. I think this condensation, in the form of water droplets, will get bigger with time and might fall on the calli. How to prevent it? The temperature of the incubation area is about 29oC and light intensity is about 200 micromol/m2/sec. And this is somewhat recommended. There was slight condensation even in the dark with the temperature of about 26-27oC. I think light is doing it, but then we need light for regeneration. How to proceed? Thanks!!
