How do you do the performance calculations for thermoelectric devices?

What software, tools or methods do you use? As we are doing materials research we always want to see the impact of the temperature-dependent material properties on the performance in a TE device. I want to automize the process and started with a description how I do it in the moment.

Do you know some sources, articles, webpages, online simulation tools, where I can find more information?
