I want to do synteny analysis of some genes from different plant species with CIRCOS. How do I get the data to enter into the software and how do I analyze it? Thanks in advance.
The Circos tutorial pages are really quite good (for this kind of application, at least).
See the Quick Start chapter for a guide to loading and visualizing your data: http://circos.ca/documentation/tutorials/quick_start/
You'll also want to see the tutorial on links and relationships: http://circos.ca/documentation/tutorials/links/basic_links/
Thanks Harry, it would be of a bit help for me.
Different SSR markers are associated with resistance against cotton leaf curl disease, I know around three of them, looking for some more SSR markers.
