unfortunately I am not familiar with such a theme (i. e. I am no expert on this),  BUT:

I perhaps am able to answer nevertheless some of your "pain":

1. the URL of your recent question on TiO2 (5 days ago) is:  https://www.researchgate.net/post/How_do_you_make_TiO2_solution_from_TiO2_powder;

2. it might be that you will have troubles to solve TiO2 powder for your experiments (as has been said also in the thread you started 5 days ago). But I have found (and saved to my harddisk)  in 2008 one paper using Pt/TiO2 Nanocomposites in Alginate for some interesting purpose(s).

To be as correct as possible I would like to cite () from their text:

BTW: you could find more about TiO2 on RG by SEARCHING using the link: https://www.researchgate.net/search.Search.html?query=TiO2. There you arrive on some Question threads depending on the general question character (or, if I see that right, considering special keywordings).

A second way (which will show any of the questions containing the word "TiO2") will be:

from your RG-Profile in the upper menue next right to find the SEARCH-window (which for me is quite "inconspicuously dark").  The Search window   generally  is  positioned  for and  displaying  "SEARCH RESEARCHERS".

NEXT RIGHT to the "person-figure-sketch" you'll see the  ==> "  v  "  (which is a pull down menue, where you'll find also the choice: "QUESTIONS".

Clicking there and entering a keyword (e.g. "TiO2") will result in displaying questions in RG dealing or containing the keyword     (:-)) .

TiO2 is insoluble in water.  The best you will be able to get is a suspension.  The smaller the particle size, the longer it will stay in suspension for measuring and dispensing volumes as needed.
