I know I've asked something similar but I have lost track of the question and I got more details.
I bought food-grade TiO2 with a medium particle size of 170nm I've been told.
I have tried dilluting it in cell growth medium and also PBS like I've read in an article but instead of sonicating them at 30khz for 30 mins like they did, I only vortexed it because of the lack of ultrasonic bath. No luck in making a sollution. I know from you guys that I can disolve it high concentrated acid but that is not useful in my case. Also making an oil emulsion and using tween 80 might be an idea but I would like to know if there is anything else that I can make use of to solve this problem. everything is welcome!
I want to use a 1 mg/ml stock sol and then make dillutions to reach the final concentration desired.
