How do you create an "extr" file in OpenVNmrJ?

Hi,

I've previously run 3D NMR experiments on a labelled protein using the Biopack options in VNmrJ and then processed my data using CcpNmr. The experiments went well and I'm happy with my assaignments but I'm currently trying to repeat the experiments using OpenVNmrJ. My problem is that an "extr" file isn't being created in the experiement directory as had previously happened using the "Express process" option in Biopack in VNmrJ.

Would anyone know what's going wrong here?
