How do you code and theme the transcript of your qualitative data?

I just want to know your own practices in analyzing qualitative data, either from interview or focus group discussion.

By far the best known source on thematic analysis is Braun & Clarke (2006). In addition, they now have a website with a bibliography and answers to Frequently Asked Questions.
