I am trying to calculate the potential amount of hIgG anitbodies a magnetic protein G bead (Therma Fischer brand) can capture in order the determine the amount of beads to use for my experiment. I am planning to use 250 microliters of bead for 100 micrliters of plasma and I am lost how to calculate this.

I know that the binding capacity is 30mg/mL and the bead concentration is 10 mg/mL.
