This is a soil incubation experiment in situ. Collection occurred throughout a period of time. Please provide ideas of one or more equations that you could suggest to transform my values into working units, in this case from ppm to ng N2O-N/g-1/h-1 and (micro)mg CO2-g-1/h-1, respectively.

I am attaching a sample spreadsheet that has the steps to calculate flux from the gas concentrations (ppm) at 3 to 4 time points during each sampling. I hope it will solve your problem.
Also, find the article's methods section which describes the flux calculation and also liner integration to calculate cumulative trace gas fluxes.
