female patient 60 years presented with hip pain for 2 weeks ,without trauma , the patient can walk with limping, then 2 days before the operation no weight bearing .diagnosed as stress fracture neck femur, underwent internal fixation with multiple cancellous screws on follow up x-ray after 6 weeks the fracture is uniting ,and the patient can ambulate in crutches but still in pain .the first question is it stress fracture. the second question is it managed properly. the third question now after 6 weeks what must we do for this patient
