We have measured weight gain at the larval stage and hemolymph proteins, pupation, development, emergence and egg numbers laid by adults. Those measurements were collected under two different conditions (3 treatments and 3 temperatures). Now I would like to know the correlation between:

(1) weight gain – protein content

(2) weight gain – (pupation, development and emergence)

(3) protein - (pupation, development and emergence)

(4) protein - egg No

I will be happy if the expert in such analysis could help me specify the right statistical analysis to correlate these variables considering the two categorical variables (treatment and temperature).
