I uploaded a paper on arXiv ( privacy-preserving smart parking using blockchain and private information retrieval). When I search on
google scholar I cannot find this paper.
Also, on my google scholar account my paper has been replaced
with a paper (mobile information retrieval)?
Most of journals take 6 months to be available on Google scholar. Wait for this time. Or try to email them about the reason behind.
Iam not shure: Here is one uploaded on arxiv just five days ago: https://arxiv.org/pdf/1905.00696.pdf and it is already on Scholar!
You can add the paper manually because It takes some weeks or months to update Google scholar.
Google Scholar usually first indexes papers appearing within 7-14 days of their original announcement in arXiv, and then again within 2-3 days for minor tweaks that might have occurred after announcement. Any subsequent replacements or other metadata changes will appear in Google Scholar during their twice-yearly full system reindex, where they re-harvest all their data sources (details are at item number 1 in [1]their documentation). Typically these indices occur in January and July.
