I found an old reports about GCC countries and from IFR. But both were published since 9 years ago. I need your help as colleagues to know new reports or publications talk about these topics.

They try to access all accident rates - not worldwide but for the european community. I think Dovilė Adminaitė is the right person to ask. She did a presentation and talked about some serious difficulties in acquiring correct and comparable (between countries and regions) data.
