Assuming your pressure transient analysis only matches a single-porosity reservoir, you would likely be safe to proceed with a conventional reservoir model. It appears that your porosity is entirely from fractures, and that there is no effective matrix porosity. You did not mention what the reservoir lithology is, but this behavior suggests a tight sandstone.
