Fungi produce mutagens which are produced in the culture media or in the cells. What affect do these have on the fungi? Will the DNA be mutated? It must be ensured that the fungi isolated from the environment remain representative of the taxa in Nature. However, what if they are mutated when they are isolated because mutagens are produced into the media by the isolated fungi? Are preserved fungi in collections representative of those from Nature?

Thank you for your question. Our studises were reported due to histopalogical diagnosie with out cultural aspect.. At least , cultural stusies from Nature was not down.
