How do I use my dermal film for antimicrobial studies?

I have prepared the dermal film, please tell me what will be appropriate to take film as it is or film in solution for the antimicrobial study?

Please give your suggestions for method of antimicrobial study and type micro-organisms for the study.

Hi Sandeep,the dermal film can be directly used to check the dermal microflora as it is on Muller-Hinton agar plates,it matters what kind of antibacterial compound you are using is it disinfectant or actual surface antibiotics
