Vipin Sharma thanks for your answer. But the specification demands hardness in micro Vickers at 0.05Kg and 0.1Kg load.

we mount very thin parts together with a round metal spring foil.

You just place your wire vertical in that spring foil, add bakelite and bake.

then you polish. you will see the foil holding a round section of your wire.
