How can I solve this problem in Abaqus (Dynamic, Implicit step):

"Excessive distortion at a total of 2 integration points in solid (continuum) elements

Convergence judged unlikely. Increment will be attempted again with a time increment of 1.04347e-05"

by the way, it has been solved successfully using Dynamic, Implicit for giving pressure. but when a pattern is given for pressure (semi-sin shape), at 730-th increment , with above warning it stops continuing and running with no progress.

the model has five components that are merged, (no contact has been used).
