1) Have you defined your binding pocket before molecular docking? If not, you will not get a docking result.

2) After defining the binding pocket, have you input your prepred ligand molecules as ligands for that particular molecular docking? If not, you will not get results.

3) If all the above steps are carried out, then in the "view interactions" under the "Tools" panel, define your ligand first, and then observe the receptor-ligand interaction.
