How do I solve a problem with CiteSpace not opening after email validation?

Dear all,

I installed CiteSpace Standard. When opening, it asks me for my email adress for validation. I type it in, press okay. It says validation OK. I click OK. CiteSpace closes instead of opening.

Any ideas how to fix this?
