I am searching for a software or package to simulate the plasmonic characteristics of graphene nanoribbons in mid IR range. The aim is to obtain extinction spectra v/s wavenumber for graphene nanoribbon array on a substrate (say, Si/SiO2). It has to be based on random phase approximation (RPA) according to which plasmon resonance frequency is expected to follow a
√q dispersion. I'd like to tune the parameters such as ribbon width, carrier density and spacing in the simulation. Looking forward for your valuable suggestions. Thanks!
