How do I set the *mass flow rate in the abaqus inp file?

I tried to perform transient simulation of continuous casting process in ABAQUS to improve computational efficiency. In my research, I refer to previous studies using DCC3D8 elements. My next step involves defining the mass flow rate by which I approximate the flow of molten steel. However, when I added *mass flow rate to the input, the result didn't change, the pseudo-flow wasn't added. Is it necessary to change the Settings somewhere?
