Hi Farzad Torabi ,

It might be because of the nodal connection discontinuity between two mating parts. Please try below points,

1. Try giving contact sizing for contacts where you get this issue.

2. If possible, try to use the assembly as multi-body part and share topology between them.

Since I am not sure about your geometry, I have given the above answer in general. If this is not working, please share the image of your geometry if possible.

Please, try this command in the menu command window:

NUMMRG, NODE, 1E-5,

This means that your nodes at the interface Solid/PML are not merged so you nedd to merge them together to ensure the continuity of your boundary conditions.
