If your articles are correctly uploaded to RG, they will automatically appear on GS, but you have to search using the correct name and terms

Cyril - you can manually input your details into Google Scholar. It then goes through a vetting process that can take several weeks though.

I know the feeling Cyril Afuwai Gwazah . I have 12 citations on Google only 4 of them appearing on RG. What con one do other than wait and hope that those 'missing' authors join RG?

You have to upload all your articles correctly to by google scholar and RG either manually or used their pdf. However, you should use common name arrangement for both RG and GS. For example, Gwasah C. A. I hope my answer will be of help to you.
