In the Geometry/IRF section of Pattern, you have a option called "Peaks below this 2theta limit are corrected for asymmetry" under the corrections submenu. Give the desired value of 2theta and then refine the asymmetry parameters
Xiao-Qiang Liu meant that you can set 2theta value below which asymmetry was treated in the fitting. you can type this value in .pcr file under the flag 'AsyLim'.
You should set the parameter "AsyLim" different to zero (=50.0 is a good value). The option "AsyLim" is usually 8th in line 11 (for .PCR files, using FullProf program). This parameter is a 2-theta value below which peaks have to be corrected for asymmetry. If you try to refine your Asy parameters and that "AsyLim" = 0, then you get the message you ask about.
