I want to plot a empirical PDF of channel state information reading on matlab.
problem is that they are in complex form, How can I plot complex value with PDF.
I have read somewhere about plotting empirical pdf for each real and imaginary value.
I want to keep real value on X-axis and Imaginary value on Y-axis.

Could your question be devided into two? I mean: how to plot the complex data? And how to prepare the data to do this?
interesting problem...taking a longshot - perhaps the complex Normal could be considered?
What PDF do you need exactly? For Re(data), Imag(data), Abs(data)? All of these should be easy to estimate using histograms and a resolution suitable for you particular problem. You should refer also to cleverer methods. Further reading:
