Thanks for link. I also looked it once but i faced a problem in feeding the input. For LC50 calculation i feed dose as my covariate but in case of LT50 what should i enter in covariate column ?

Take mortality as X and time in minutes as Y. Draw a regression equation in Excel or with other tools. with the help of intercept and coefficient of regression, u may calculate estimated value at 50 % mortality. For different insecticides u may consider only recommended concentration.
