I am trying to implement the NUFFT for CT Reconstruction which is similar t radial trajectory MRI, to reconstruct a tilt series acquired using CT scan for a transistor in order to generate a quantitive 3D volume.
My understanding is that, this might be possible by Jeffrey Fessler Min\Max NUFFT method. Does anyone have a sample code in Matlab about how to implement it?

Did you consider to use the freely available NFFT software library instead of implementing the N(U)FFT on your own? It also offers a Matlab interface. Have a look at the attached link for more details.
