I am running a titration for IHC assay. Primary antibody is Calreticulin polyclonal antibody (PA3-900), secondary antibody is Alexa fluor 488 Goat anti-rabbit IgG (A11008).

The goal is to see the expression of calreticulin in treated and untreated tumor cells.

Recommended dilutions were as following

1Ab (1:50), (1:100) & (1:200)

2Ab (1:200), (1:100) & (1:200)

Questions?

Are these dilutions good enough to start with?

Would the untraded and treated sample be enough to do a comparison ?
