Dear all, recently i am working on chromametric measurements and i am keen to know if Image J / Fiji is able to help me determine the TCD (total colour difference) of my samples. To do so, i will need to know the coordinates of delta L, which is the difference in lightness and darkness, delta a, which is the difference in red and green and delta b, which is the difference in yellow and blue. I understand that Image J can split the channels to red, blue and green. But how about the determination of yellow and lightness?

As far as I understood the initial color values are the RGB or HVS values, to obtain the values of lightness, green-magenta, and yellow-blue, and calculate delta the CAM16 model should be used.
