How do I maintain the CO level to culture aerobic CO utilizers?

I am trying to culture those organisms which can grow in presence of CO. I am not able to maintain the CO levels and provide CO ambiance to my samples. Can anyone suggest me a way to do that?

Hi, except the expensive CO2 incubators, you have one simple and cheap option. Try to use the good old fashion "candle" jar (real old glass one or plastic like Gas Pack Jar). Light a candle inside and will obtain between 3 and 5 % CO2, resp. 8-10 O2.
