How do I know the concentration of MEA+YE media?

I'm trying to make a malt extract agar + yeast extract media. I saw a video based on Bonito Lab Training Videos. However, I was not exactly sure what the concentration of the media was. I was hoping someone could help enlighten me and teach me regarding this. Thank you!
