I found that nlrp3 cannot be detected in fatty liver by westernblot. I want to use ELISA to detect this protein. But how to get some rat recombinant nlrp3. Or is there any other ways to detect inflammasome nlrp3?

Do you have the rats available? You could enrich PBMCs from the blood and detect it from the lysates, or IP them out to get a "pure" sample. It should be constitutively present.

The sequence of murine and rat NLRP3 is very similar to each other. Therefore, recombinant murine NLRP3 should work in the assays.
