Yes, read "About" and "For Authors"section of the Journal and check whether it includes the peer reviewing process or not.

But is it not possible that they write about peer reviewing process and not following the process?

Yes, it is quite possible but this could even be possible with other reputed journals. So, we do need to rely upon their words.

Dear you will see it in authors instruction as part of the processing of the paper and they will send you the reviewers' comments later after the review which should be thoroughly done.
