If I have sampled output response, y(k), of a system with state feedback controller, how could I found the gain of this controller, K, with known model matrix A, B, C, D? the initial state is x0 with zero reference input.

First, You need to know the required characteristics equation, I mean the desired dynamics. (1)
The resultant system eigen values become A-BK where A and B is the state matrices, K is the unknown state gain matrix. (2)
You can then equalize the coefficients of s3, s2, s,..etc from equation 1 and equation 2.
