Please tell me how I can evaluate my method:
Suppose there are various sub-units namely: A,B, C, D, E. These can integrate to each and can form a complex at particular energy. Can I estimate which total energy is significant or which association is significant by any method of biostatistics? Any suggestion will be helpful.

Dear Arvind, the strict assumption for such analysis is independence of subunits, and if there exist any, it should be incorporated in model. In my opinion, you can use systems of linear equations to solve this if the effects are additive.

Dear Ehsan thanks for the response but honestly speaking i don't understand your answer properly. Ok....once again i will explain....it is an experiment where i need to correlate the energy with the association of different subunits. Is it possible via any biostat tool to prove its significance.
Arvind, additivity of your subunits means that they do not have correlation (A∩B=0). Besides, you should make sure that the values are sum of your subunits (B+C+D=11.34) or products of them (B*C*D=11.34).
I attached an example of the systems I've mentioned before. If it did not have solutions, I have no other ideas but multidimensional Chi-sqare ( A,B,C,D,E are one dimensions each).
