you should use TTT diagram to find Ts for each micro structure, as you use FEM for solving heat equation, each element of domain has specific cooling curve. thus:

do loop NE

 calculate cooling curve for each element.

      if phrase for phase A (ferrite)

      microstructure A is formed when cooling curve crossing starting temperature of         phase A.

      if phrase for phase B (perlite)

      microstructure B is formed when cooling curve crossing starting temperature of         phase B.

      and so on...

you should consider that your analysis is doing during time, thus, these calculation is done for each time step of solution and updated coefficients are used for next time step. 

also, calculation of starting temperature of formation of each phase is doing with Scheil theory, because cooling is continuous from 840 C to 25 C.

A algorithm for simulation of heat treatment is attached with this reply.

i am new in phase transformation analysis but till it is difficult to me add all phase starting temperature,phase ending temperature , time require for phase transformation and volume of part converted into respective phases(volume fraction)..

if you have any ABAQUS subroutine file regarding this it will help me for clear global idea of transformation analysis...

At first, download a version of 'FindGraph' software for digitizing TTT diagrams to find start temperature and time. (they should be imported to your software)

then we can use  Scheil theory to find starting temperature for continuous cooling.
