I didn't see the data you provided before... within the context of your data, my original answer is insufficient and warrants some revision. First, though, I'm curious how you obtained the data provided and why you would want to know the volume proportion of jadeite, specifically. The context of your question matters here.
In a real rock, it wouldn't be the case that there's a separate, pure jadeite phase for which you can estimate a volume proportion. Rather, you'd expect a solid solution of the various chemical end members in the clinopyroxene. (This would also be the case for the garnet and orthopyroxene phases.) I suppose you could calculate a theoretical volume proportion of jadeite (given the phase densities at the P-T conditions of interest), on the assumption that all the mineral end members were discrete phases, but it wouldn't have any real-world significance. So, I'm curious why you'd want to know what the volume proportion of jadeite is...
