I have done a calibration curve, from the absorbance values of a standard solution as a control. I have obtained my R2 values along with my y,m and c values. I also have absorbance values from my test data.
I am unsure of how to do a dissolution profile with only this information?
What are your measured variables? If you know the theoretical relationship between them, you know what model to use for the calibration.
if you got the absorbance of each test sample at the specified time intervals, you can use these absorbances in your calibration curve equation, that will give you the amount (concentration) dissolved at any time point, then you can plot that vs time and got your dissolution profile.

Calculating the percentage of drug dissolved can be done either by classic method of using an extrapolatory line on the calibration curve or using the formula Y=mx+c.
x=Y-C/m
Where x-the concentration of drug released (microgram or nanogram)
y- the value obtained from Regression equation
m-slope
c-intercept (from equation).
extrapolation type can be done by drawing a graph, from the value of absorbance obtained for your sample(s) should be plotted on the calibration curve(line that passes through origin or a best fit line as per beer-lamberts Law) and the extrapolation should be pependicular to the x-axis. We get concentration in micro or nano gram. then basing on the dilution factor and other details like amount of drug added to your formulation should be used to calculate percentage drug release and cumulative percentage drug release
